1. On upon the payment of the booking fee or deposit, it is evidence of your approval on our terms and conditions.
2. Travelling fees start from $20.00, the cost will depend on the day, distance and time to your location from our salon in West Footscray.
2.1 Parking costs will be payable by the client.
2.2 Early start fees apply to any starts earlier than 10am. Fee will vary depending on the time and location.
2.3 Additional fee applies for hairstyling with clip in or permanent hair extensions.
3.. A public holiday surcharge is applicable to all services and fees.
4. Payments are to be made in full on the day of the booking, or can be paid in advance.
5. The booking fee or deposit required to secure your booking is non- refundable if booking is cancelled.
5.1 For all booking cancellations with more than 10 weeks notice will incur a $100.00 cancellation fee as a result of our loss suffered by reserving the date for your booking.
5.2 For all booking cancellation with less than 10 weeks notice will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee as a result of our loss suffered by reserving the date for your booking.
5.3 For all booking cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee from the total amount as a result of our loss suffered by reserving the date for your booking.

For all booking cancellation with less than 1 week notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee from the total amount as a result of our loss suffered by reserving the date for your booking.
6. Prices are subject to change. For all confirmed bookings, notice will be given.
7. You agree to disclose to us any important information, medical conditions and allergies known to you and any other person who we will be servicing.
You agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or other claims as a result of your failure to disclose any important information.
